1. HOW WEIPIN NETWORK COLLECTS AND USES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. Personal Information includes contact information (e.g., phone number, address), account information, etc.

Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal or property safety, or may easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical or mental health, or discriminatory treatment. This mainly includes identity document information (ID card, passport, etc.), transaction information, order information, etc.

(1) How Weipin Network Collects Your Personal Information

1. When you register on the Geek Arena App, we will use the third-party authorized account information you provide for registration and verify that the account has not been previously bound to a "Geek Arena" account and has not been banned by us under the Geek Arena App User Agreement. This helps us complete your Geek Arena user registration. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to complete registration or use our services normally.
2. When you use Geek Arena App features or services, in the following situations, you may need to provide or authorize us to collect information necessary for the corresponding services. If you refuse to provide information required for certain features or services, you may not be able to use those specific features, but this will not affect your ability to use other features or services of the Geek Arena App.
3. To provide you with a better user experience, we will push relevant content and services based on your device information and service logs after de-identification. Please note that device information and service logs alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it together with personal information, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the combined use. Unless we have obtained your authorization or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.
4. You are required to provide your real-name information in accordance with national laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Such real-name information may include your name, phone number, and other identity information.

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities, you are required to complete real-name authentication to continue using and enjoying this game software and related services. 6. We strictly prohibit minors from using our services. To better protect the physical and mental health of minors and promote healthy internet usage, we may, on the basis of relevant national policies on online games for minors, take measures to prevent minors from using others' identity information to impersonate adults. We may enable facial recognition verification for certain games or for certain users (subject to specific game strategies). This facial recognition verification primarily compares your real facial information with data from the authoritative public security data platform. If the comparison results match, the authentication is successful, and corresponding game time limits will apply based on your actual age. If the comparison fails or you refuse verification, we will treat you as a minor aged 18 or under and apply corresponding game supervision measures. The relevant facial recognition verification data will be encrypted and used solely for comparison with the authoritative public security data platform; we will not retain such data.
7. When you use Geek Arena App services, to maintain the security and stability of our services and prevent transaction and fund risks, we will collect the following information: your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, Geek Arena App software version number, login IP address, network access method, type and status, network quality data, and information related to Geek Arena App operation logs and service logs. If you do not agree to our collection of the aforementioned information, your gaming experience may be partially affected, but this will not affect your ability to use other features or services of the Geek Arena App.
8. To provide you with more accurate and convenient services, enhance service experience, improve service quality, or mitigate risks, we will collect information you provide when giving feedback, comments, or suggestions, as well as information about the categories, methods, and operations of your use of Geek Arena App features or services. We will perform comprehensive statistical analysis and processing of this information and will provide you with corresponding services or products based on the aforementioned information.

In the following situations, you may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information:

• IMEI/IMSI – Used to determine the device identification code to ensure the security and uniqueness of account login.
• MAC Address – Used to determine the device identification code to ensure the security and uniqueness of account login.
• Android ID – Used to determine the device identification code to ensure the security and uniqueness of account login.
• Installed Application List – Used to check whether WeChat is installed to provide a better user experience.
• Device Status – Used to determine the device identification code to ensure account login security. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use the Geek Arena App normally.
• Storage Permission – Used to cache text, images, videos, and other content generated during your use of the App. If you refuse this authorization, you will not be able to use the Geek Arena App normally.
• Camera – Used for taking photos; during real-name authentication, we will collect your identity information for verification. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
• Photo Gallery/Album – Used to upload photos for your avatar, community posts, etc. The image information we obtain will be encrypted and stored in the database. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
• Microphone – Used for real-time voice chat; used in scenarios where users communicate with other players during the game. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will not be available.
• Third-Party Account Information – We will obtain relevant information under your third-party platform account (e.g., WeChat account), including username, nickname, avatar, etc., based on your authorization, for identity verification purposes (sensitive personal information). We promise that the collection of such information is solely for providing account login services and ensuring the security of your account. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to log in to our platform using your third-party platform account.
• Mobile Phone Number – This is your sensitive personal information. We collect such information based on the requirements of laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to register an account and use relevant product features. Please carefully consider before choosing whether to provide it.
• Network Logs and Other Related Information – Used to resolve service issues and provide a better gaming experience for players.

• To keep you informed of the status of your use of Geek Arena App services, we may send you service notifications. You may disable such notifications through the notification settings in your mobile device's system settings, and you may re-enable them through the same settings;

• We may invite you to participate in customer research related to our services or functions;

If you do not wish to receive such information, you may opt out in the user settings interface;

• We may conduct statistics on the use of our services or functions and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to demonstrate overall usage trends of our services or functions. However, these statistics do not contain any personally identifiable information.

2. HOW WEIPIN NETWORK PUBLICLY DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the following circumstances, when required by competent state authorities or regulatory agencies, or for the purpose of fully protecting your rights and interests, or under other reasonable circumstances as set forth herein, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose user information without obtaining your prior authorization or consent:

• When directly related to national security or national defense security;
• When directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
• When directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments;
• When necessary to protect your or another individual's significant legal rights such as life, property, or reputation, yet it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;
• When the personal information has been voluntarily made public by you;
• When the user information is collected from legally publicly disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure channels.

3. HOW WEIPIN NETWORK STORES AND PROTECTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

(1) Storage

We will take appropriate security measures and use technical means to store and protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We will store personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the different storage periods corresponding to different levels of personal information, and strictly in compliance with laws and regulations. • If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;
• If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
• If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
• If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;
• If we no longer provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request that they delete it promptly, unless otherwise provided by laws or regulations, or unless such entities have obtained independent authorization from you. After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will delete it when the backups are updated.

• When directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
• When related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments;
• When there is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or are abusing your rights;
• When responding to your request would cause serious harm to the legal rights of you or other individuals or organizations;
• When involving our trade secrets.

5. HOW WEIPIN NETWORK PROTECTS THE INFORMATION OF MINORS

Minors are prohibited from using our services. If you are a minor, please ask your parents or guardians to read this Policy and use our services or provide your information to us only with their consent. If we use your information with the consent of your parents or guardians, we will only use or share such information to the extent permitted by law, expressly consented to by your parents or guardians, or necessary to protect your rights. If your guardian does not agree with your use of our services or provision of information in accordance with this Policy, please immediately stop using our services and notify us so that we can take appropriate measures.

The modified content will be published through the Geek Arena App and will become effective upon publication, replacing the previous content. You should pay attention to relevant announcements, prompts, and changes to agreements, rules, and other related content from time to time. You acknowledge and confirm that if you do not agree to the updated content, you should immediately stop using the corresponding services and cancel your relevant user account, and we will stop collecting your relevant personal information.

CCPA SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This section applies solely to residents of the State of California, United States, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments.

Information We Collect. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers: identifiers (e.g., device ID, IP address, mobile phone number, third-party account information), internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, app usage logs, interaction with advertisements), geolocation data (approximate location), and inferences drawn from the above to create user profiles for personalization and advertising purposes.
